SCOTT WEITZ
CEO
Scott is the CEO and Founder of Driver Studios. He leads the team in creating engaging and innovative video content that drives viewership and engagement across various platforms, including YouTube, mobile apps, desktop, and connected TV. Driver Studios is a leading producer of family and youth programming on YouTube delivering over 8 billion watch minutes on wholly-owned content and partnering with major kids brands including Mattel, FoxKids, Dreamworks, and others. In addition to kids content, Scott has a successful track record in creating commercial and branded content for the broader market for some of the world's leading brands, including Microsoft, Pepsi, and AT&T. The company holds various awards, including a Cannes Gold Lion. With a passion for the outdoors, Scott enjoys skiing and running and has traveled extensively. He lives with his wife and five children in New York.
JD WILLIAMS
Co-Founder/ Executive Producer
JD is a highly accomplished producer and co-founder of Driver Studios. With extensive experience in the industry, he has been recognized for his exceptional work by prestigious publications such as Advertising Age and SHOOT Magazine. JD's innate understanding of clients' and agencies' needs enables him to consistently deliver world-class productions. He has worked with top agencies, including BBDO and Ogilvy & Mather, and managed productions for renowned brands such as AT&T, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Pepsi. JD's work has received numerous international accolades, including Cannes Lions and Adweek's Campaign of the Year. He co-founded Driver Studios in 2009 to expand their model of creating and delivering original and entertaining content to targeted audiences worldwide.
SCOTT WEITZ
CEO
As CEO and founder of driver digital, Scott is charged with leading the teams that create content and drive viewership and engagement with video content on the open web, various social platforms, mobile and tablet devices. Driver Digital is a leader in family and youth programming on the Youtube platform reaching 50 million views per month of original content. Prior to founding driver digital, Scott founded driver media with JD Williams and helped oversee a ten-year track record of growth. Driver Media is a leading outsourced production solution for advertising agencies and brands to create commercials and branded content. the company has produced hundreds of millions of dollars of content globally, for some of the world’s leading brands including Microsoft, Pepsi, and AT&T, as well as ad agencies such as J. Walter Thompson and Mccann - Erickson. The company holds various awards including cannes gold lion. Scott is active in both driver media and driver digital. Scott launched his career as a producer at DMB&B and BBDO, where he worked on accounts including burger king, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and GE. He has partnered with world-class directors, editors, animators, and production companies and he maintains these relationships to this day. Scott was educated at the University of Colorado and in France. Passionate about the outdoors, Scott enjoys skiing and running. He was bitten by the travel but long ago, and spent an entire year circumnavigating the globe, an experience that informs his perspective and ambitions to this day. Scott lives with his wife and five children in New York.

Balyn Rose
Balyn Rose is the Executive Producer of the Kids & Family branded content division, as well as Driver IP development at Driver Studios. Based in New York City, Balyn leads the production of high-quality live action and animation content that emphasizes wholesome, family-friendly values. With a passion for creating content that she would want her own children to watch, Balyn brings a unique perspective to Driver Studios' productions.
Dominique Johnson
As the Brand Partnerships Manager for the media side of Driver Studios, Dominique Johnson is responsible for building and fostering relationships with some of the most beloved kids' media brands. Hailing from the Bronx, but certainly not a Yankees fan, Dominique is a travel junkie and a movie buff who is always on the lookout for new experiences. A retired vegan, Dominique knows that pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza.
Andres Alva
Andres Alva is a Senior Web Developer at Driver Studios, based out of San Diego. A true fan of coding, Andres also enjoys indulging in a large pepperoni pizza from time to time. With a focus on delivering the best web experiences for Driver Studios' clients, Andres is committed to staying on top of the latest web development trends and techniques.
Eric De Cordova
Eric De Cordova is an NYC-based Senior Creative Producer who spends his days creating engaging toy play content and more. By night, he supervises toddler parkour, making sure his little one has a blast while staying safe. Eric is also a big fan of Star Wars and knows that Han Solo shot first.
Lucas Cull
As a London-based Video Director and Editor at Driver Studios, Lucas Cull has mastered the fine art of playing with toys for a living. He brings his toys to life on screen and creates content that is both fun and educational for kids. Lucas' creativity and passion for storytelling make him an integral part of Driver Studios' team.
Rob Kurtz
Rob Kurtz is a Partner and the Creative Director at Driver Studios, with an impressive resume that includes over 100 hours of primetime television writing and production. Rob's work has won multiple awards for Driver Studios, including the Kidscreen award for Best Original Children's Channel on YouTube. With a talent for creating content that resonates with audiences of all ages, Rob is a driving force behind Driver Studios' success.
Danielle Kaplan
As a Sales Executive and client-focused solutions specialist, Danielle Kaplan brings over 11 years of experience in the Kids and Family media landscape to her role at Driver Studios. Based in New York City, Danielle enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and playing with puppies. Her passion for helping clients achieve their goals is a key part of Driver Studios' commitment to excellence.
Leigh Ann Edwards
Leigh Ann Edwards is Driver Studios' NYC-based Controller by day and law student by night. When she's not keeping the books in order, Leigh Ann enjoys watching baseball, traveling, and browsing viral cat videos. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy makes her an essential part of the Driver Studios team.
Zack Starikov
As the Director of Strategy at Driver Studios, Zack Starikov brings 8 years of experience working with data to help build effective strategies that elevate brands on YouTube and reach the right audience. He believes that "it is not in doing what you like, but in liking what you do that is the secret of happiness" a quote from Peter Pan that he finds inspirational in both his personal and professional life.
